Product Introduction

Lab roll mill is the best grinding and mixing machine for lab and small quantity production. With pretty appearance, tight structure, easy operation, high efficiency, uniform granularity.

Working Principle

When ball mill works, the grinding media and the materials of the cylinder are rotated to a certain height. Due to the gravity, they fall down from the tube wall. The materials are crushed by impact action of the grinding media, and friction and shearing action of grinding media's rolling and sliding. The final granularity can be amounted to 5μm-13μm.

Applications

It is widely applied in electronic materials, magnetic materials, biological medicine, ceramic glaze, mental powder, nonmetallic minerals, new materials and etc.
